Thanks so much for checking on the downloading problem. and resolving the “bug“ in the system.

However, I had to purchase the image from iStock in order to make my deadline so, I would like you to reimburse my account for the last two purchases (never having downloaded them). So, that should give me
$60 back into my account up to a balance of $100. That should also return my status back to a "serious" customer which allows me full preview privileges—I hope.

I tried two different sizes just in case it was a problem with the one. Neither one worked.
I never downloaded either of these.
